Free

Free is for renters who want a clean tenancy record without paying upfront.

Use Free to:

  • add one rental property
  • keep basic property and condition records
  • upload essential evidence within the free storage limit
  • run one active repair timer
  • keep enough structure to avoid the classic bond-documentation mess

Best for: renters starting their file, documenting a stable tenancy, or trialling RentWize before upgrading.

Plus

Plus is for renters who need more capacity and stronger day-to-day management.

Use Plus when you need:

  • more evidence storage
  • multiple active repair timers
  • guided review workflows for common tenancy communications
  • better case-readiness structure
  • communication and inquiry management

Best for: renters dealing with repairs, recurring communication issues, or early signs of a dispute.

Pro

Pro is for complex tenancies, serious disputes, and renters who need the strongest evidence workflow.

Use Pro when you need:

  • two active properties
  • the highest evidence storage limit
  • more repair timers
  • bond dispute tracking
  • tribunal bundle exports
  • priority support

Best for: renters preparing for tribunal, handling a bond dispute, managing multiple properties, or needing maximum documentation headroom.

How to upgrade

  1. Sign in to RentWize.
  2. Go to Settings → Subscription.
  3. Choose Plus or Pro.
  4. Select monthly or annual billing.
  5. Review the price, limits, and renewal terms.
  6. Confirm payment through Stripe.

Your plan limits update after successful payment.

Downgrades and cancellations

You can change or cancel your plan from Settings → Subscription. Downgrades and cancellations usually take effect at the end of the current billing period.

Before downgrading, check whether your account is above the lower plan limits. You may need to reduce active properties, repair timers, or stored evidence before the lower plan works cleanly.
