Records to keep

• Bond receipt or reference and tenancy agreement
• Move-in and move-out condition reports
• Relevant photos, receipts and correspondence
• The amounts claimed or requested and the actual dates you received or sent notices

Your notes record your account of events. They do not determine liability, agreement to a deduction or entitlement to a refund.
