Exporting a Tribunal Bundle
A tribunal bundle is a structured document package that organises your evidence, timeline, and notes for tribunal preparation and review. RentWize builds the bundle from records you have logged in the app.
What's in a Tribunal Bundle?
A RentWize tribunal bundle typically includes:
- Cover page with your claim type and tribunal details
- Your factual summary or notes
- Chronological timeline of events
- Rent history and any non-compliant increases
- Maintenance request log with dates
- Correspondence with your landlord or agent
- Evidence (photos, documents) from your Evidence Vault
- State and tribunal context where available
How to Export a Tribunal Bundle
- Open your property in RentWize
- Tap Tribunal → New Bundle
- Select the type of dispute: rent increase, bond, maintenance, other
- Review the pre-filled timeline and add any missing events
- Add or review your factual summary
- Select which evidence items to include from your Evidence Vault
- Tap Generate Bundle
- Download as PDF or share directly
The bundle is organised for review before you rely on it in any process. Always check current tribunal requirements for your state or territory.
Before Your Hearing
Review your bundle carefully before the hearing date. Make sure:
- All dates and amounts are accurate
- Your factual summary is clear and accurate
- Evidence is labelled (e.g., "Photo A: Damage to bathroom wall, taken 3 March 2025")
- You have a printed and digital copy
Sending to the Other Party
Most tribunals require you to serve a copy of your bundle on the other party (your landlord) before the hearing. Check your state's tribunal rules for the required timeframe — usually 7–14 days before the hearing.
