• Tracking urgent and routine repair records; timer prompts do not establish legal deadlines
• Keeping factual notes and correspondence for your own review

What RentWize is not

RentWize is not a law firm, tenancy union, tribunal, agent, landlord, insurer, or government service. It does not:

• give legal advice
• decide whether evidence is legally sufficient
• guarantee a bond, repair, rent, or tribunal outcome
• file tribunal applications for you
• replace checking current state or territory rules
• send sensitive identity or financial documents through support chat
