RentWize Help Centre

RentWize helps Australian renters keep their tenancy records sharp: properties, condition reports, maintenance, communication history, evidence, billing, privacy requests, and structured tribunal exports.

This Help Centre is for the current RentWize product. It is not a roadmap or changelog.

Start here

  1. Create your account — sign up, verify your email, and complete the required onboarding steps.
  2. Add your rental property — record the address, lease dates, rent details, bond information, and property manager details.
  3. Document the condition — create clear entry, routine, and exit condition records with dated notes and photos.
  4. Upload evidence early — store photos, PDFs, notices, receipts, emails, and other tenancy records in your Evidence Vault.
  5. Track repairs and communication — keep maintenance requests, deadlines, and property manager replies in one place.
  6. Upgrade only when needed — Plus and Pro unlock higher limits and dispute-preparation tools.

Identity verification is separate from normal onboarding and is requested only where a sensitive workflow requires it. See Identity Verification.

Important guardrail

RentWize is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. The app helps you organise information, create records, and prepare documents. Rental rules vary by Australian state and territory, so check your state regulator, tenancy union, community legal centre, or qualified adviser before relying on a deadline, notice requirement, or tribunal process.
